1-What form of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard

2-Do you do installments for payment of services?

No.

3-If I need several implants what is the length of time involved to complete the process and how many visits would be needed?

There are two implant protocols:

1) immediate loading protocol in which the patient comes to CR only one time for one week and we will place the implants and fabricate the final porcelain crowns and the patient goes home with everything finished. Not for everyone or every case.

2) Classic two stage protocol in which the patient comes to CR two times. The first time for one week we place the implants and the patient goes home for 1-3 months for the implants to osseointegrate. After this time they come back to CR for 10-12 days for the final fabrication of the porcelain crowns.

4-What about follow-up?

You will have a follow-up appointment after your scheduled work is completed.

You will receive prescriptions that you can fill prior to leaving Costa Rica.

However you must have a local dentist in the US to maintain your dental health after you return.

5-If I have a two stage protocol for my implants do you pay for a second round trip airfare?

No.

6-What are my responsiblities?

You are responsible for obtaining current dental x-rays and mailing them to be evaluated for a estimated cost. If you agree with the cost you set a date with the clinic and make your deposit. You must have a valid US passport to travel. You will make your own hotel and rental car arrangements while in CR.

7-How will I communicate with my doctor?

Once you have you have received your cost estimate for your procedures you will receive contact numbers and email address for questions and further consultation.
