Free R/T Airfare... how to qualify

Our clinic consists of dentists educated in the United States and holders of advanced degrees in their fields.To that end we want to eliminate any obstacles to taking advantage of these skills. We will be offering free round trip airfare to patients whose dental procedure cost proposal meets a minimum criterea which will be discussed during the seminar. This free round trip airfare will be purchased by us on your behalf, with a recognized air carrier, after you have received your estimate from our dentists and confirmed a appointment date with a initial deposit of 10% of your procedure cost to hold your appointment.

If you decide to purchase your own round-trip airfare then you will receive a maximum 400.00 credit, applied upon completion of your dental work with our dentist(s) to your final bill. This credit will be based once again on the minimum criterea established at the seminar. The 10% initial deposit of your procedure cost will still apply to hold the appointment.
